Download blackberry application world icon

I have uninstalled and re-installed, re-started Blackberry. Same issue. I cannot see the icon and so unable to goto App world to download apps.

Any ideas? No Show All button in Download folder. I ask as it may be hidden on the Home Screen. I have a Storm , but it should act the same.
